MBBS- the most popular and intended degree of doctor. There is two bachelor degree in one field as the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

A medical undergraduate will learn about human anatomy, human cytology, medicine, chemistry, pharmaceutical, chemistry drug effect and method of surgery.

So that you become a specialist in streams like Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Cardiology, Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Opthalmology.

Duration

The MBBS is a 5.5-year undergraduate program. It is 4.5 years of academic education + 1-year mandatory internship. The programme leading to the two degrees as Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

Eligibility

The student, who have cleared the 10+2 examination and they had the physics, chemistry and biology in a 12th stream, may go for the MBBS degree course. Minimum 50% marks are required for the degree. And the student's age should be between17 years to 25 years. For direct admission in MBBS through management quota, eligibility is the same. 

Basic subject

The basic MBBS course contains the basic subject like Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Pharmacology and Pathology.

The given information is not enough to get admission into MBBS course. The student needs to appear for National level examination conducted by the NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER. The entrance exam to get admission into MBBS programme. 

There is a lot of student in the competition of becoming a doctor. Every year many students get to appear for entrance. there are 460 medical (Government and Private) colleges in India which are recognised by the Medical Council of India. 

And around 63,985 students can get a medical education. Every year a large number of student appear in an entrance to fulfil a dream of admission in medical. But luckily only a few of them get a good score to take admission in medical college.

Type of Medical entrance exam

For admission in medical college, there is three type of entrance exam like NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER.

NEET

Through NEET score you can take admission in your dream college.  It is mandatory for direct MBBS admission 2019  also. Through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) you can take admission in state or in central college.

 After immediately 12th you can eligible for NEET entrance test. After the NEET test, you have the right to take direct MBBS admission 2019. It is a pen and paper based exam. It takes three hours of duration.

 The main purpose of NEET  is admission to undergraduate MBBS and BDS course in private and government colleges. According to the current year, the student who able to score around 150 they might be able to take admission in medical college on merit basis.

If a student has fewer marks then they have an option for a private medical college through management quota on a vacant seat.

NEET entrance test date is on Sunday, 5th May 2019.

AIIMS

AIIMS entrance exam 2019 is a national level exam which is scheduled to be conducted on 25 and 26 May 2019.

JIPMER

Jawaharlal Institute of post-graduation medical education & research is also a medical exam conducted for admission to MBBS.

After completing the MBBS degree successfully, there are two options for the students, either own practice or go for a job in the medical field. It is the professional field with 100% job placement.
